Day 2

9h - 11h: clean CLINIC - Understanding the Trajectory - Developing the Structure of the Front Rack Position

11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: shoulder to overhead - the Why/How extension - different receptions

1:30 pm - 2:15 pm: Prepa Mental workshop

14h15 - 15h15 : handstand - Working on managing your body in space - Understanding the alignment and trajectory of Hspu and Handstand Walk - Specific muscle strengthening

3.15pm - 5pm: Split Jerk and other surprises
